School Fees

COMPULSORY LEVY

This levy covers all classes requisites, swimming, IT, incursions, and excursions for the year.

Prep – Year 2 - $620 per child
(Student Levy $490, Excursion / Incursion $80, IT Levy $50)

Year 3 - $770 per child 
(Student Levy $500, Excursion / Incursion $80, Swimming program $90, IT Levy $100)

Year 4 - $775 per child
(Student Levy $505, Excursion / Incursion $80, Swimming program $90, IT Levy $100)

Year 5 - $740 per child
(Student Levy $470, Excursion / Incursion $80, Swimming program $90, IT Levy $100)

Year 6 - $795 per child
(Student Levy $485, Graduation $40, Excursion / Incursion $80, Swimming program $90, IT Levy $100)

CAMPS / OUT OF SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

Grade 3 - 4 - $125 per child (School Experience)

Grade 5 - 6 – $450 per child (Camp)

Camp fees are due prior to your child attending camp/school experiences.

CAPITAL FEE

$280.00 annually (per Family) 

This fee assists in the repayment of loans for the refurbishment of classrooms and school grounds.

STATEMENTS

The first statement will be emailed in the first or second week of term 1. This statement shows the full billing for the year.  Every month you will receive a statement until the fees are finalised.

PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES

Option 1 – Paid in Full at the start of the year via direct deposit or paid at the office with your Credit / Debit Card

Option 2 – Regular payment plans

Direct Debit Weekly, fortnightly or monthly.  Direct Debit forms are available from the office.

Direct Deposit Weekly, fortnightly or monthly into our school account by using your own banking platform.  School bank account number is provided on the bottom of the statement. To enable identification of these deposits, please include your child’s family name and family four-digit account code as a reference.

Please note if choosing regular payments, the full amount must be paid by 14th November 2025.

Option 3 – Pay the full year value of tuition in 3 equal instalments across the year

The instalment dates are as follows:

1st Instalment - Due 14th May 2025
2nd Instalment - Due 14th August 2025
3rd Instalment - Due 14th November 2025

CAMPS, SPORTS, and EXCURSIONS FUND (CSEF) 

The State Government CSEF allowance is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions, or sporting activities for eligible children.  If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for the CSEF. The annual CSEF amount per student is: $154 for primary school students.  CSEF application forms are available from the school office at the beginning of 2025.

MACS SCHOOL FEES CONCESSION PROGRAM

For families to qualify for this concessional program they must have been granted access to the Camps, Sports, and Excursions Fund (CSEF). This program offers a reduction in school fees for eligible families, helping to make education more accessible and affordable. However, there are certain criteria that must be adhered to receive these funds.
